An F1 fantasy mobile game, designed back in my charrette.club days, that brought together tens of thousands of users before shutting down.
At a glance
An in-house project born from a shared passion for F1: launching the first F1 fantasy league app on iOS and Android.
The entire design system, every screen and the landing page. The app brought together tens of thousands of users.
The project stopped for lack of time alongside client work: we should have narrowed the scope to make it sustainable.
Designing a product with countless scenarios, and sizing a side project to the time actually available.
APV is an F1 fantasy mobile game. It was born from a shared passion for the sport among my entire former team at charrette.club, and from the growing buzz around F1. We released the app on iOS and Android.
Build your team through auctions and pick 2 drivers for each race weekend. Choose the best strategy to score the most points, all based on the drivers' real-life results.
And of course, you can hand out penalties to your buddies, or bonuses to yourself.
I created the entire design system, which then let me roll out every screen. Probably the app that took me the longest to design, given how many scenarios there were. But I really enjoyed working on this project.
Finally, to promote the app, I designed a very simple landing page that served as a hub for our social media posts.
The app no longer exists. After several months, the project was shut down: it simply took too much time alongside client projects, which came first.
It remains a great experience, with tens of thousands of users along the way.
